Coretava Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to Coretava! By using our services, you agree to the terms described below. Please read carefully. These Terms of Service govern the use of our products, services, and solutions.
2. Scope of Services
Coretava provides software licensing services and technological solutions, as detailed in the commercial proposals presented. The use of our services is subject to the following conditions:
- Software licensing is non-transferable and non-exclusive.
- Updates and improvements to the software are the exclusive property of Coretava.
3. Terms of Use
By using Coretava’s services, you agree to:
- Not copy, distribute, or transfer the software without prior authorization.
- Not modify, disassemble, or attempt to decompile the provided software.
- Respect Coretava’s intellectual and industrial property rights.
Any violation may result in the immediate suspension of services without prior notice.
4. Payments and Fees
- All payments must be made as previously agreed.
- Delays exceeding 7 days will result in the suspension of services until payment is regularized.
- No refunds will be granted for unused services, except as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Coretava adopts a clear refund and cancellation policy, in line with market best practices and Brazilian legislation:
Non-Refundable Payments:
- All fees charged for contracted services ("Service Fees") are non-refundable and non-cancellable, unless otherwise expressly stated.
- Refunds will not be issued for unused services, including cancellations or interruptions before the end of the contract term.
Right of Withdrawal:

Under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC), for contracts made outside commercial establishments, such as online or telephone agreements, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 (seven) calendar days from the signing or receipt of the service.

If this right is exercised, Coretava will fully refund the amounts paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days.

The withdrawal request must be formalized via email to: support@coretava.com.
Service Cancellation:
- Services may be canceled at any time upon formal request by the customer.
- Cancellation does not exempt the customer from paying outstanding amounts related to the current period or services already provided.
- In exceptional situations, Coretava may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
6. Data Protection
Coretava is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). This includes:
- Implementing technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal information.
- Notifying any security incidents within 24 hours of identification.
7. Confidentiality
Coretava guarantees confidentiality regarding all information exchanged within the scope of its services. Sharing will only occur with express authorization or as required by law.
8. Term and Termination
- This agreement is valid for 12 months and will be automatically renewed unless one of the parties gives prior notice.
- Coretava may terminate the contract in cases of default or violation of these terms.
9. Changes to Terms
Coretava reserves the right to update the Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
