Where does a prospective student need a better next step?

Measure media cost per confirmed enrolment and conversion of eligible enquiries into students.

Two ways to start

Find the bottleneck. Choose the right starting point.

Begin with one location, service or course group. The diagnostic helps determine whether to focus on media, enquiry handling or measurement first.

Acquisition optimization

Review Google and Meta campaigns, establish a baseline and implement agreed changes. Connect source and commercial outcome where the data supports it.

Initial scope: up to two advertising accounts, eight active campaigns and a weekly review. Media spend is separate.

Enquiry conversion

Set up approved administrative answers, qualification, follow-up and handoff with context in one WhatsApp queue.

Initial scope: up to 30 FAQs, five qualification fields and two follow-up sequences. Plan for up to 1,000 conversations per month; validate capacity and usage charges.

A few things to know.

Can Tavyo confirm an enrolment?

Enrolment must be confirmed by your team or the source system. Administrative answers use approved information, and the workflow hands off with context when a person needs to take over.

Can you work with our existing agency or systems?

Yes, with agreed responsibilities, access and supported integrations. The first engagement can use existing connectors or agreed exports. New integrations and migrations require a separate scope.

How is this different from a Tavyo software plan?

A software plan gives your team product access under its plan terms. These engagements add scoped implementation, supervised operation and review with Coretava. We confirm responsibilities and fees in a separate proposal.

Do you guarantee a commercial improvement?

No. Targets follow the diagnostic and baseline. Results depend on data quality, the decision cycle, client capacity and the changes implemented.
