Start with the public workspace, then use Free for one live use case and up to 25 active customers each month. A use case includes the apps it needs: a webchat Pilot can use the inbox and contacts together.
Solo Starter is $29/month for one person and 100 active customers. Solo Pro is $79/month for one person and 500 active customers, including the $50 business upgrade and more AI. Team is $29/person/month, starting with two people, and includes 100 active customers for the business. Add the same $50 upgrade for 500 customers and extra shared AI.
Same linked customer, counted once per billing month across apps and channels. They count when they start or reply to a conversation, submit an enquiry, place an order or booking, join loyalty, earn points through a qualifying activity, or redeem a reward. Imported contacts, admin edits, outbound sends, automatic birthday points, passive views and email opens do not count on their own. Inactive stored contacts do not use this allowance.
Paid seats are for people who do work in your business, including teammates answering customers. Read-only guests are free. Pilots are AI agents that handle customers across channels and hand over to your team when needed. They consume shared AI credits, not seats.
When AI credits run out, new Tavyo AI work and Pilot responses pause. Published pages stay live, forms keep collecting leads, people can keep answering customers, and existing loyalty rules continue. Paid plans can top up AI credits without upgrading. If you reach customer capacity, new enquiries are accepted during a grace period and the owner is notified to add capacity. The grace-period terms are still being finalized for this proposal.
Messaging delivery and advertising spend are separate. AI top-ups are manual by default. You can opt into automatic top-ups with a spending cap; contracted businesses can arrange invoiced overages. Extra customer capacity is a separate business upgrade. Top-up prices and AI credit quantities are pending cost validation.
